2. Coach the easy stuff on video ( Bruce has already done some of this)
Rotating sub model, but important thing is regular meetings once a month
Groups: grade level, strand interest, or tech skill level, three teachers per group
They used Moodle to organize and store videos. We would use our Tech Connect
Proactive videos- made ahead of time in response to survey
Reactive videos- made in response to a need or situation ( they later become part of the proactive library)
Spontaneous capture- record best practice,celebrate success

Teachers begin creating instructional videos for each other- empowerment
